As you may know, volleyball is a very popular sport. Every school across the country seems to have a volleyball team. This is a team sport in which two teams face off in pairs of six. They’re separated by a net in the middle. What each team does is try to hit the ball to the other side and get it to hit the floor. This will get you a point. At the end of the game the team with the most points will be declared the winner. With this sport being so popular you can expect there to be a competitive college volleyball recruiting scene. Go in with as much information as you can. Be prepared to deal with coaches from any school. We’ll highlight a few great points to help you with this process.

They’ll be happy to answer any question you may have. Sometimes you may even get the opportunity to visit the school itself. Another opportunity to ask questions about the school, and even experience what campus life is like there. You don’t want to end up in a school that you won't enjoy being at. Get as much information as you can before you make your choice.

CONSIDER ALL SCHOOLS

Some people have missed some great opportunities by ignoring others when waiting for a specific school. There’s a chance you may never hear back from your school of choice. KEEP SOCIAL MEDIA UPDATED

What a lot of coaches tend to do is check all of your public social media profiles. This helps them get a better idea of who you are as a person and even as an athlete. So everything you post on online, keep in mind that coaches will be seeing this. It’s best to keep your social media accounts as professional as possible.
